As the NCAA and the State of Florida now allow College Athletes to receive compensation for their Name, Image & Likeness (NIL), it's recommended to hire an Attorney to review and negotiate contracts for the College Athletes. We can help with these contracts and try to represent your goals on these contracts. We also try to make sure that the College Athletes comply with their University's Athletic Department's Compliance Office by reporting NIL deals and obtaining the University's written consent prior to using that University's trademarks and logos for NIL activities. Our office is across the street from the University of Miami campus and we'd love to help University of Miami athletes with their contract drafting and negotiations.
